ORANGE REVIEW

TagLine for this Movie:- SHORT TERM LOVER...

RATING OF THE MOVIE :- 3.1/5... Some True Facts of Love shown in Movie... 1st Half is Awesome, 2nd Half is a Big Letdown... Overall, Can watch Once...

Summary of the Story:-

This story is basically about a guy named "RAM" who believes in Short term love and a girl named "JANU" who believes in long term relationship. This whole movie is a total clash between RAM and JANU who are totally opposite in their mindsets. Another part of the movie reveals the fact, why did Ram become like that?

Overall Analysis of the Movie :-

I would like to discuss the best parts of the movie before goin to the negatives. The best part of this movie is "CINEMATOGRAPHY" of the movie. I loved the picturization of all songs. The second best thing in this movie is "COSTUMES" of the movie. I respect "SABINA KHAN", the fashion designer of the movie to giving costumes which took this movie to a different level.

Another highlight is RAM CHARAN himself. The freshness of his face with the sensanating costumes was apt for this kind of movie. 2nd heroine of the movie named "Shahzahn Padamsee" was awesome and though she was on screen for 15 - 20 min, she made a lot of impact than Genelia.

Overall, the 1st half of the movie is Superb and the 2nd half was a very big letdown for this movie which gave this movie a Mixed Talk. The Music of the movie was an asset. Some parts of the movie which showed the facts of the love were appreciable. The background score of the movie was not upto the mark. Screenplay was not adequate and the run time of the movie was too long in the 2nd half. Brandhanandam was not utilized upto the mark in the movie. Prakash Raj didn't had that great role to be spoke about.

At last, I give a 3.1/5 for this movie for its true facts, costumes, Songs and cinematography. Whereas, the screenplay, thin wafer concept of the movie disappointed some fans. This movie is a "ONE TIME WATCH" for sure. I think that elders may not like this flick. It will surely attract the youth audience and people who are in Love...

GOLMAAL 3 Review

TagLine for this Movie:- Brothers Comedy Flick....

RATING OF THE MOVIE :- 3.2/5... This Movie is a nice Entertainer for the audience who have lot of time to enjoy.... Movie was good in Parts....

Summary of the Story:-

I cant write a nice story line for this movie as we cant expect a story in a Comedy Genre movie. This is a story of 5 Guys who are Annadh and 3 are adopted by Mithun Chakravarthy and other 2 are adopted by Ratna Phatak. Unfortunately, both Mithun and Ratna are lovers in their Young age. Story goes on how Mithun and Ratna get married and what happens to their 5 Children??

Overall Analysis of the Movie :-

India's first ever trilogy GOLMAAL 3 highlights the story of hatred between two bunch of siblings within a family. One of nature's masterpieces, this is a family that eats together, prays together, lives together and a family 'that can't stand each other'.

This quirky unique family will certainly deliver you with some rib tickling moments, ageless romance and some heartwarming scenes.

A beautiful journey full of madness, love and excitement.

A film with the perfect blend of just every emotion that will set in your heart with thrice the fun, thrice the magic, and thrice the laughter.

This movie is not as good as GOLMAAL 1 and 2... But, Jst a Time Pass Flick...

Tushar Kapoor's acting was awesome without any dialogue...

Overal... "GOLMAAL 3" is a good time pass movie and a One time Watch... Mithun's "I M A DISCO DANCER" wil entertain u.... Thumbs Up for "GOLMAAL 3" by Rohit Setty....

Brundhavanam Review

TagLine for this Movie:- One on One offer - A Family Drama....

RATING OF THE MOVIE :- 3.22/5... A "PAKKA" Family Entertainer... This movie is meant for Family Audience rather than Youthful Audience... This Movie is a One time Sure Watch for Time Pass....

Summary of the Story:-

Krishna alias Krish ( NTR) is the son of a millionaire (Mukesh Rishi) in Hyderabad. He eats away time by way of singing love marriages among his friends. He too has a love interest in Indu ( Samantha), who has a friend Bhumi ( Kajal). The twist is that Bhumi’s dad ( Prakash Raj) wants to get her married to her cousin ( Ajay), which she doesn’t like. Naturally, she bluffs to the family that she has already fallen in love with a guy. Indu helps her by renting Krish as her would-be, just to get her escape the marriage clutches for the time being. Going to the village of her pretending lover, Krish successfully solves the rivalry between the girl’s dad and his brother (Srihari). Impressed with the talent of Krish, Bhumi’s dad accepts her love and declares them as would-be-couple. Now, Indu has no other go but to get back her lover. What happens next? It forms the crux of the family drama....

Overall Analysis of the Movie :-

This movie is a mixture of many telugu movies. 1st Half of the movie was not at all gripping and entertaining. 2nd half was the savior for the movie. The songs were not upto the mark and the choreography was a bit letdown to Jr.NTR's fans. The cinematography of the movie was just ok. I felt that the Background Score of the movie was very dull and not upto the mark of NTR. Heroines were adequate to the movie and Samantha was far and far better than Kajal in all aspects.

Speaking about Jr.NTR, his costumes were his major plus for him and he was not looking refreshing as in "ADURS".. I loved the movie after "BRAMHANANDAM" entered into the movie. Music was Just ok and the movie has nothing to tell as an Highlight. The Story was more of routine Family Drama.

Overall, 1st half of the movie is draggy and not at all impressive. People feel the boredom in 1st half. I felt that 1st half of "KHALEJA" was more better than this...But, the Interval Twist was "JHAKASS".. Second half of the movie was good after Venu and Bhramhi start off with their own Comedy Genre. This movie is meant for families and youth may not like this movie to the maximum due to the family drama elements in it. So, "BRUNDHAVANAM" is a family Drama and a One time go for normal cinegoers. Nothing new in this movie... I rate is 3.22/5 for its impacting second half..."Adurs" was far more awesome than Brundhavanam...

Note 1:- This Movie has some similarities of Gudumba Shankar + Bavagaru Bagunnara + Bommarillu + Ready.....

Note 2:- As Fans and Industry is expecting, this movie cant beat the collections & Crowd of "ROBO"....

"Mahesh Khaleja" Review

RATING OF THE MOVIE :- 2.9/5...Huge Disappointment due to a abnormal story by "Trivikram to a Star like "Mahesh"...

Summary of the Story:-

The film starts off with a rishi (Rao Ramesh) telling a group of villagers of an impoverished village that a messiah would come to the village to change their fortunes soon. On the other hand in Hyderabad, Seeta Rama Raju (Mahesh Babu), a low earning cab driver accidentally meets Subashini (Anushka), daughter of a rich businessman (Tanikella). She is sort of iron ‘leg’ - as she brings only bad luck to the Seeta Rama Raju. A shoot-out and an accident prompts Seeta Rama Raju to go to Rajasthan. There he also meets Subasini again. Meanwhile, a group of villains attack both the couple. When Seeta Rama Raju regains consciousness, he is landed in the same curse afflicted village where he is treated as God. What the village problems are and why he is revered as God are answered in the climax.

Overall Analysis of the Movie :-

Mahesh came back on screen after 3 years where people were hoping for something more entertaining. I personally feel that they are 3 Villians for the disappointment of Mahesh's Khaleja...

1) Crap Story by Trivikram
2) Mahesh accepting that same Crap
3) Screenplay which was not at all matching to the talent of "Trivikram"

1st half of the movie was good and fans would love that. But, the second half was not entertaining and some scenes were a real letdown for fans and for Mahesh also.

Anjaana Anjaani Review

RATING OF THE MOVIE :- 2.9/5...Youth Ful and peppy movie... Gud in Parts... May watch Once...

Summary of the Story:-

This movie is basically a guy and a girl who wanna suicide due to their problems in life and meet at a point when they try to commit suicide. They try in many ways but fail. Atlast they think to commit suicide on December 31st which is 18 days from then. Then the story is all about hw they spend those days and how they bond up in the end.

Overall Analysis of the Movie :-

Movie starts a bit different but slowly creeps as a normal bollywood flick. The best part of the movie is Background Score, Songs, Cinematography and Priyanka chopra's acting. Priyanka has played a very good role and stole the whole show. For people who wanna see some good costumes, this movie is a right place. All the costumes were "Uber" Cool. The movie was directed very Stylish and Lavishly.. but,the big let dowmn of the movie is that the whole story rotates around only 2 characters which led to boredom in some parts.

Songs were fantastic in the movie and "HAIRAT" song was shot well. The director couldnt live up to the expectations for "TUJHE BHULA DIYA" which was the Hottest song of the Year.

Overall, the movie was good in parts and people who like Ranbhir and Priyanka shouldnt miss this out. For Music and Songs, you can opt this movie. For story and screenplay this movie is not tat adequate. The length of the movie was also too mcuh for a very small concept. I give a 2.9/5 for this film as it was not that boring nor that superb.... Thums Up for "ANJAANA ANJAANI"...

Note:- The story of this movie was an inspiration from a telugu flick "Itlu Sravani Subramanyam"

"We are Family" Review

RATING OF THE MOVIE :- 2.5/5.. This movie is for Ladies and married people.. STRICTLY not for Uth....FULL SENTI....

Overall Analysis of the Movie:-

It's all about loving your family: A famous quote by Karan Johar that gave enough fodder for teasing and spoofing his emotional stance!

Special: We Are Family | Kajol ready for comparisons with Susan Sarandon

Quite natural, then, for Johar to adapt Hollywood's Stepmom into a Hindi multi-starrer and naming it We are Family.

The characters live in Australia, yet constantly speak impeccable Hindi. It's a spooky world where little girls are gifted tiaras and wands, and the boys (wearing glasses, naturally) are presented books and telescopes. The demarcation is clear; and the story cements itself as an old-fashioned, sexist one.

We see divorced couple Aman (Arjun Rampal, half-awake) and Maya (Kajol) at their child's school annual day. Their little girl Anjali (cute as a biutton, Diya Sonecha), in the middle of the act on stage, spots her mom in the audience and says 'Mama, hiii!'. It’s a touching moment, and the film has a few more.

Aman's character is a mixed one: He's clearly not a hands-on dad, preferring to meet his three children over the weekends. He also insensitively chooses little Anjali's birthday to introduce his new girlfriend Shreya (Kareena Kapoor) to the family.

So while you dislike him for a display of insensitivity to everyone in his life, you admire his faithful friendship towards his ex-wife, even as he drops everything to be with her when she's diagnosed with a terminal illness. Maya then hits upon the idea of warming up her kids to Shreya whom they hate, so she can take over as their replacement mom.

But the dialogue is a let-down. Each character keeps saying, "Tum aisa nahin kar sakti, you can't die," to Maya, as if it were a choice.

And then, when Maya is convincing Shreya to give taking care of the kids a shot, Shreya shoots back, "Main ek career-woman hoon, mom-type nahin." It’s a ridiculous bit of dialogue; outdated and one that an entire span of working mothers will wonder over.

Again, the whole trip about the urgency of finding a substitute mother is strange when they have their father hale- and-hearty. It again reinforces the cliche that you need another woman to pack the kids' lunch and pick them up from school, and the father, however he may love the kids, just can't manage.

The reason why Karan Johar choose an average film made 12 years ago, among several path-breaking Hollywood films, is clear. It has amble potential to bring out the tears.

And this film is an unabashed attempt at extracting your sniffs and sobs, and sometimes the effort at doing so is too apparent.

The manipulation shows in scenes like the one where the kids are ushered in to see their mother, all tubes and pipes, on a hospital bed. The strategy works; you do cry but not whole-heartedly, more as a reflex response to the sobbing faces onscreen. In fact, you might let out a tired laugh when the effort goes overboard.

The drone about the teen child who everyone keeps saying will be the "most beautiful bride in the world" is bizarre. Their obsession with this 13-year-old's marriage takes a new height when the film chooses to fold with it, where we see an aged Rampal, and an exactly-the-same Kareena (in this biased Bollywood trend where women simply don't age; another example: 3 Idiots) at the wedding of this girl.

The Kareena-Kajol combo is explosive, and the high-point of the film. Their altercations are delicious; one wishes there were more such complexities instead of the syrupy gloop. You care about Maya's character in the first place (the only character that really makes an impact) because no one can exude a warmth, and smile as expressively, emotionally, widely, and honestly as Kajol. Kareena’s character is a bit wobbly with inconsistencies. But the actress is in full form, brimming with fire. Arjun Rampal gives a damp performance.

Debut director Siddharth Malhotra serves us old wine in a new, expensive bottle. It's evident in the characterisation, the dated dialogue, and the choice of the heavy-duty background score where you hear a woman's alaap for the most part; a mainstay in our saas-bahu soaps. If you’ve been pining for an old-fashioned tear-jerker, this one's for you.

DABANGG Review

Rating of the Movie: 3.5/5

Salman Khan is like a wild stallion, when let loose he’ll run over the entire film making a mess of it but when reined in he’ll take you on a ride of a life time.

Many of his famous ‘wanted’ or rather unwanted antics often leave the multiplex audience cold. So, as you walk into Dabnagg, you tend to be little circumspective of his Chulbul act doing rounds on TV, but barely a reel into the film and this philistine rascal charms the pants off you.

Here, I said it. I loved Chulbul Pandey. No matter how hard I resisted, he just made me submit to his impish streak. But I bet you won’t be able to help as well when you’ll see his ‘emosional’ story.

With his daddy gone, little Chulbul had to put up with Prajapati Pandey (Vinod Khanna) whom his mother Naini (Dimple Kapadia) married. Prajapati always loved Makhi or Makhanchan (Arbaaz Khan) more than his stepson. So bitter Chulbul one day shreds his horoscope, filial ties along with all the multiplex sensibilities we are so accustomed to now a days.

Enter the inspector Chulbul aka Robin hood Pandey, who finds refuge in beating up the bad eggs and sharing the booty with his mates and other needy folks. His coffers are full; he virtually rules Lalganj but a village belle Rajjo (Sonakshi Sinha) turns our man of steel into a love sick puppy, ergo you see him wooing his lady love incessantly in the first half.

Then there is a local youth leader Cheddi Singh (Sonu Sood) whom Chulbul has rubbed the wrong way.

Singh finds a way to get back at him through estranged Makhi and the latter ends up being a pawn in his hands. Just in time, Makhi finds the truth but till then enough goons get razed to death, stunt director S. Vijayan style and Pandey has had his revenge, Salman style.

I know there are going to be detractors for Dabangg‘s script and its hackneyed plot but you’ll have to see the film in its context.

Dabangg is easy-on-grey-cells sort of film but it works better than Akki’s latest outings or for that matter even Salman’s previous films. And the men responsible for it are director Abhinav Kashyap and the writer Dileep Shukla. They make Salman mouth the mealiest one-liners and to his credit the superstar carries them off pretty well.

Sonakshi Sinha has a classic old-time charm to her which makes her stand out among the plastic-silicon-size zero brigade of the tinsletown. She holds her own against Salman Khan in a Salman Khan film and that is suffice for this newbie to feel like a comer.

Abrbaaz, Dimple and Vinod Khanna are good in their roles. Mahi Gill’s cameo is pleasant but the real credit goes to Chulbul Pnadey’s spares, who assist this loud and kitschy character with their colloquial wit.

Sonu Sood shows a lot of promise. Mahesh Manjrekar still sounds like an inebriated Marathi Manoos in a UP village. But what the hey, you forget the minor glitches when you see Malaika, all in her elements, gyrating on an item number.

Dabangg is an out and out entertainer, a great watch for Salman fans but a must watch for those who are not his admirers. After all, how many times you get to see him not playing oh-so-Salman-Khan.

KOMARAM PULI Review

RATING FOR THE MOVIE:- 2.7/5...

Summary of the Story:-

This movie is basically about police(S.J Suryah) who goes missing due to the villian(Manoj Bajpai). S.J Suryah's wife prays to got for justice and it gives birth to " KOMARAM PULI". Puli is a police officer and he comes out with his team named "Puli Team" and starts doing justice to the people who approach him. In this way the whole story is about Komaram Puli taking up Manoj bajpai's case and how he ends up taking revenge.

Overall Analysis of the Movie :-

Movie starts with some useless classless graphics and goes on just like that. The plus points of this movie is (a) Dialogues (b)Songs and (C) Pawan Kalyan. The negative points are the poor screenplay and direction. The Love story in between was very much boring. Nikisha Patel was not up to the mark in the movie. Background Music was adequate.

Overall, the movie is a Big letdown for fans and all the people who had high expectations... I felt that "S.J.Suryah" is a Big Villian in the movie. Its just a one time watch...Thumbs down to Komaram Puli...

Gayam - 2 Review....

RATING FOR THE MOVIE:- 3/5...

Summary of the Story:-

This movie is basically about a guy named "DURGA(JAGAPATHI BABU)" who is assumed to be dead in the Gayam Part 1 of the movie. Jagapathi babu appears as a good husband named "RAM" in this movie and Tanekela Bharani and Kota Prasad (Kota Srinivas rao's son)go to Bangkok in an intention that he is Durga and not Ram. Some twists and turns in the movie made it and interesting part and rest of the movie is all about how Jagapathi Babu kills his enemies in the movie.

Overall Analysis of the Movie :-

The music of the movie was a bit slow and was not good in the 1st half and the background was adequate in the 2nd half. All the actors did a much great job and i felt that this movie is a right come back for "Jagapathi Babu". 1st half of the movie was good in parts where the romantic side of the movie is a bit boring. 2nd half of the movie is good as Jagapathi Babu turns from "Ram" to "Durga".

Overall, ‘Gayam 2' is a Ok - OK type movie and its a good time passer for the people who like serious flicks..Thumps up for Jagapathi Babu's acting in this movie and this movie can be watched once for time pass...

RATING FOR THE MOVIE:- 3.3/5...

Summary of the Story:-
'PEEPLI LIVE' can be said as the direct attack on Media, Politics, Farmers and TRP's.

The Basic story starts with two farmers (Natha & Budhiya)whose land gets bankrupt and they approach the politicians for financial help asking for some work in the elections. The Local politicians tell the two farmers that government will be compensation One Lakh rupees if they suicide.

Natha gets the thought of suiciding himself for the sake of the land and his family. Unfortunately, Journalists come to know this news and this issue becomes a national issue due to the over action of journalists and news channels. The news creates a sensation in the political arena and before it can be brushed under the carpet, somebody gives the lead of the Natha story to Nandita Malik (Malaika Shenoy), an elite English channel journalist. She grabs the opportunity and dashes off to Peepli as the news promises good TRPs.

The irony is that nobody - be it reporters or politicians - tries to know why Natha decides to take his life. In fact, no one is interested in solving his problem as they have their own agendas.

The Best scene I liked in this movie is, when one of the Journalists tells the media that another farmer died when he was working in his field. Then Journalists show no interest in the other farmers death. Rather they say that "Natha's death will be a
Live Sucide and will fetch good TRP's"

Overall Analysis of the Movie
:-

"Peepli Live" is a satire that shows the reality behind media houses, politicians, bureaucrats and their apathetic approach towards problems. But the script is written in a such a manner that it makes the audience laugh.I felt that Aamir Khan has done a great work in "Low Budget". Another plus point of this movie is its Length is only "100 Minutes". The humorous part is also good.

Overall, ‘PEEPLI LIVE' is a Must One time watch Movie.. Please Dont Miss it...Thumps up for Aamir Khan's 'PEEPLI [LIVE]'

"I HATE LOVE STORIES" REVIEW.....

RATING FOR THE MOVIE:- 3/5...

Summary of the Story:-
I HATE LOVE STORIES, is a star duded movie with lead pair of Imran Khan and Sonam Kapoor who is still in trials of a BIG HIT

The Basic story lies on the Hero Imran who doesn’t like Love and doesn’t believe in love. But Sonam Kapoor loves another guy who is her childhood friend. She believes in Love. She becomes the Art director of a movie in which Imran also works. They both get close in the shooting time of that film and Sonam starts liking him.

Unfortunately, she starts ignoring his fiancĂ©e and starts thinking about Imran Khan and proposes him. By that time she finds him a flirt and starts ignoring him. As all hindi movies, atlast Imran proposes her and movie ends with a ‘HAPPY ENDING’ note.

In its best moments are the one liners in the movie

Overall Analysis of the Movie :-
This movie can be said as the blend mixture of many bollywood big hits and the 1st half of the movie is more entertaining than the 2nd half. 2nd half of the movie is much prolonged and people feel that boredom.

2nd negative point in this movie is repetition of songs. Tere bin song has been repeated 3 times in this movie. 1st half of the movie lives due to the music only.

Overall, I give 3/5 to ‘I HATE LOVE STORY’ and thumbs down for this movie because it couldn’t reach its high expectations. Tough luck for Sonam Kapoor because she still didn’t press the button of “HIT” in the industry.

Imran is Just Ok in his role and justifies with his acting. Costumes were Fantastic and locations were excellent

Overall, ‘I HATE LOVE STORIES’ is an onetime watch for mere time pass….Enjoy….
